Game of Thrones: S7 Davos Seaworth,Lyanna Mormont and Robert Glover

Lets keep in mind that this is not a full breakdown of everything GOT, but more a primer of what has happened and what you need to know moving forward. (Example, the whole Drago storyline and Viserys? Not really needed since that’s a dead thread and everyone involved is dead.)
There are also a ton of minor players who will get their treatment.
Again, keep in mind, David has read the books, and Earl just read them waiting for Season Seven, and don’t be that asshole that spoils the series for no reason but evil glee. What the hell is wrong with you? So if we miss something IN THE SHOW, by all means let us know.

Davos Seaworth

Ser Davos Seaworth, also known as The Onion Knight is a former smuggler, a past he is not ashamed of, and was knighted for bringing fish and onions Stannis during Robert rebellion before the show started. Stannis knighted him, but punished him by cutting off the last joints of his fingers. Ser Davos keeps those bits in a pouch around his neck. Davos served as Stannis’ number one man, and even Hand of the King to Stannis, despite being illiterate before being taught by Stannis’ daughter Shireen. Davos is the man who read the message of the Wildling attack to Davos that brought the Baratheon Army north, saving Davos from being killed for freeing Gendry from Melisandre’s plans. Davos was sent back to the Wall to ask for help from Jon Snow, thankfully missing the death of Shireen, Stannis’ wife and the destruction of the Baratheon Army. Melisandre has also arrived at the Wall, and Davos is not a believer in the Lord of Light, and who knows how he will react in Season 6. Davos stands with Jon Snow as Melisandre resurrects him, and helps kill the mutineers. He demands the head of the Red Witch after finding out that Shireen was burned at the stake by her father Stannis Baratheon under her guidance. Snow doesn’t kill her but does cast her out of the North. Davos becomes a trusted member of Snow’s inner circle as he is declared King of the North.

Lyanna Mormont

She’s 10 at the start of Season Six, and is the cousin of Ser Jorah, neice of the Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch at the start of the show. She rules Bear Island. She almost rejects Jon as a bastard until Davos convinces her to help against the Boltons. She is there for the battle (doesn’t fight, of course) and is the first to call Snow the King of the North. She also calls out Lords Manderly and Glover for not helping.
