Suffice to say, I’m still winning.

TB at MIN 8:20 PM, NFL
Dan: I think that Christian Ponder and Adrian Peterson are going to be able to take this offense and destroy what Tampa Bay has on defense. Little trust in the Buccaneers and poor performance on the year doesn’t help anything either.
Sunday, October 28
CAR at CHI 1:00 PM, FOX
David: Dammit. Cam is under attack from all sides, but at least Marty is gone. Should have happened 2 years ago- heck should have happened the SECOND he resigned Jake Delhome after the Arizona game. But the Panthers welcome old friend Julius Peppers, and Peppers is going to meet Cam Newton quite often the way this zone-running scheme runs. I don’t see a high scoring game here, but the Bears are going to be working against a much lesser defense.
SD at CLE 1:00 PM, CBS
DJ: The Chargers are a solid defensive team and I don’t see Brandon Weeden going a 2nd straight week without an INT or 2. SD wins this game.
SEA at DET 1:00 PM, FOX
Dan: Despite Detroit’s poor performance on Monday Night Football, I think that Stafford will be able to lead his team to victory. The Lions just need to start passing the ball more and running less and they’ll be fine.
JAC at GB 1:00 PM, CBS
Dan: : Green Bay, despite losing Charles Woodson for the next six weeks, will still be victorious in this match-up. Jacksonville is a horrible team. I’m confident of that especially after their collapse last week against Oakland in which they were up 20-6 at one point in the third quarter.
IND at TEN 1:00 PM, CBS
DJ: Tenn. I like the Titans at home. Andrew Luck has been a mixed bag this season and I think they lose a close game on the road. Chris Johnson had a big week and I think he continues that against the Colts. They allow 141.7ypg on the ground, 22nsd in the League.
David: Even though Calvin Johnson has finally, for one game, awakened, I don’t see it lasting long. Like a week. Indy’s defense looks better than it should, and Luck is just unreal. I don’t see the passing game of the Titans doing much vs the Colts, who take this game in the 3rd period.
NE at STL 1:00 PM, CBS
David: I think the Rams are good, but the Hoodie hasn’t had an aneurism, has he? He has to figure something out sooner or later, and this week is perfect to start.
MIA at NYJ 1:00 PM, CBS
DJ: NYJ. The Jets are at home and I like them to beat the Dolphins. Ryan Tannehill is going to encounter some hostile playing conditions with Hurricane Sandy expected to arrive this weekend.
Dan: : The Jets’ quarterback situation is awful and I have no confidence in the Jets in being able to do anything. I think that the Dolphins are gonna win easily.
ATL at PHI 1:00 PM, FOX
DJ: Philly. The Eagles had a bye and 2 weeks to get ready for the Falcons. The Raiders had 2 weeks to get ready for the Falcons and gave them a heck of a game and should have won. The Eagles are a better team and will win, 24-17.
David: The Falcons goto Philly to try and overcome Andy Reids unreal record after byes, they also get to see what the new Defense looks like. Problem is, Vick is still the QB, and Matt Ryan still has weapons the Eagle can only remember from 5 years ago. I look for Turner to have a big game against the Iggles front 7, and wear them down fairly quickly.
WSH at PIT 1:00 PM, FOX
Dan: Pittsburgh has a good team and I don’t really trust Washington very much either. Plus, Pittsburgh is at home so it’s going to be a challenge for Washington. I like Big Ben’s offense and the Steelers D.
OAK at KC 4:05 PM, CBS
DJ: The Raiders weren’t very good last week vs the Jags, but they won. And I think they win this win as well since the Brady Quinn era has started in KC. The Raiders should be able to move the ball and their rush defense has improved. I think they will focus on stopping the run and blitz the heck out of Quinn. Raiders win, 27-10.
NYG at DAL 4:25 PM, FOX
DJ: Dallas. Just a hunch.
David: Have the Cowboys won in their own building vs the Giants yet? Eli Manning owns Tony Romo like I own DJ in these picks.
NO at DEN 8:20 PM, NBC
DJ: The Broncos are the better team and the Saints ahev some serious issues on that side of the bal. They are allowing 305 passing ypg, 30th. I expect Manning to pick them apart and burn them all day. Denver wins, 31-21.
David: New Orleans has finally down the the long term substitute teacher, sending the temp hire home. I know I’m going against Manning at night, but I think the 60 minutes of offensive firepower can wear down the Denver defense.
Monday, October 29
SF at ARI 8:30 PM, ESPN
DJ: The 49ers are showing signs of being beatable, but the Cards OL has knocked Kevin Kolb out of the starting lineup and John “Skeletor” isn’t that impressive. I like the 49ers to win rather impressively.
